Lead Opticals accepts the 12 health insurance providers listed below. Being on this list means we work with that provider — it does not tell you what your own plan covers, because that depends on your policy and only your insurer can confirm it.
Do not see your provider? Message or call us anyway — arrangements change, and we would rather check than turn you away on the strength of a web page.
Before you come in
Get in touch with your provider and scheme details and we will tell you what applies to your visit before you travel — including whether anything needs arranging with your insurer first. Bring your scheme details with you on the day.
